Connecting Online Scout Manager

Open Badge reports and choose Connect Online Scout Manager. OSM asks you to sign in and shows what Badges is asking for: Badges, Programme and Events, all read-only. Tick the sections you want reports for, and you're brought back to the list of those sections.

The connection is yours, not the group's. OSM access belongs to each leader, so every leader who wants reports connects their own account and sees the sections they have access to in OSM. Disconnecting (on the Badge reports page) removes it.

Your last section comes first. Badge reports remembers the section and term you last opened, on that device, and lists it first marked Last used.

Link your group to its OSM group first. Your OSM connection sees sections in every group you help in, so Badge reports only lists the sections in the OSM group your group is linked to, and none until it is. The first time, Badge reports asks a leader in Badges which OSM group it is, and it applies to every leader. You can change it later in Settings. If you're not a leader in Badges, ask one to do it.

A section is missing? You didn't tick it when you connected. Disconnect, connect again and tick it on OSM's permission screen. You can also change it in OSM under Settings, My Account Details.
