The register of important documents

POR 5a.1.5 asks the board to keep its important originals safe and to keep a register of where they are: declarations of trust, title deeds, stock and share certificates, Scouts' registration documents, vehicle, boat and aircraft papers, and insurance policies.

Many are paper originals that must stay paper, so this register records where each one is and who looks after it. Scans can go in Documents too.
