Who does each check

Edit an item and you can name a keyholder under Who does this check? Their name then shows against the item, and they get the reminder email themselves as well as your leader team — reminders used to go to every owner, leader and helper, which is how a job that's everyone's becomes nobody's.

It adds them rather than replacing anyone. If the named person is away, the check doesn't silently become nobody's problem. Note this is separate from the older Person field, which marks an item as being about someone — a keyholder's DBS certificate, say — rather than saying who performs it. A keyholder with no email address recorded simply isn't emailed.
