Roles don't change what you see here

If your group also uses Camp Planner, Hall Manager or Quartermaster, everyone in it has a role — Owner, Leader, Helper or Viewer — and it's the same role in all of them. Leader Compliance is the exception. What you see here is built from your own sync, not the group's: it's the people your membership account can see, so two leaders in the same group can each see a different list, and your role makes no difference to either.

That also means nobody else in your group can see what you've synced, and you can't see theirs. Roles are set on the Members page in any of the other four apps — there isn't one here, because there's nothing group-wide to manage.

You'll see Leader Compliance listed when an owner sets what each member can access, and it behaves differently from the rest: the role you give somebody here changes nothing, because what this tool shows is built from each person's own sync rather than the group's records. Setting it to No access doesn't stop them using it with their own membership account.
