Who can do what

What somebody can do in Trustees is their role in Trustees, set on the Members page. A Leader or Helper there can record duties as done, keep the board register and tick off the AGM year. A Viewer can look. Settings need a Leader in Trustees or the owner.

Everybody who joined before Trustees existed starts with the same role here as they have in the group. If the conflicts-of-interest register or the board's details shouldn't be seen by everybody, the owner can set Trustees to No access for them.
