Sending the agenda to the trustees

On the meeting, open Email the agenda to the trustees. Everybody on The board with an email address is ticked; untick anyone who shouldn't get it. Add a note for the top if you like, such as when to send apologies by, and press Email the agenda.

The agenda is in the email itself, numbered, with each item's detail, so trustees who never sign in to Trustees can read it. Any agenda or papers attached to the meeting under Files go with it as attachments (up to 10MB together); the minutes aren't ticked unless you tick them. Each person gets their own email, so nobody sees the others' addresses, and replies come straight to you.

A trustee with no email address on The board is listed so you know to forward it, or add their address there. The meeting shows when the agenda was last sent and to how many.

Prefer to send it yourself? Print or save the agenda as PDF opens it ready to print, or to save as a PDF and attach to your own email.
