How the agenda is drafted

Create a meeting on Meetings and its agenda is drafted from Scouts' Trustee Board meeting prompts and what's due:

  • welcome, apologies and declarations of interest;
  • the last meeting's minutes, if they haven't been approved;
  • actions still open from earlier meetings;
  • every “every meeting” duty, under Scouts' headings;
  • any other duty that's overdue or falls due before the next meeting;
  • the risks to discuss, named, if you use the risk register;
  • AGM steps falling due before the next meeting;
  • any other business, and the date of the next meeting.

Duties never recorded aren't included unless they're every-meeting ones, so a new board isn't handed twenty yearly items at once.

From then on it's the board's: add items, remove them and move them up or down. It's never redrafted over your changes.
