How the due dates work
Each duty says how often: every meeting, every six months or every year. “Every meeting” follows the number of board meetings a year in Settings, so four meetings means every three months.
Most duties roll on from when they were last done. Review the insurance in June and it's due again next June, wherever that falls in your year.
The budget and the annual plan are due on your year end, because they're agreed before the year they cover. Agreeing the budget a few weeks late still counts for that year.
“Not recorded yet” isn't overdue. A board that has just started has nothing recorded, and calling every duty overdue would bury the ones that really are. Record when each was last done, with the real date, and it counts on from there.
