Volunteers' learning and disclosures

Scouts asks the board, at every meeting, whether volunteers are up to date with mandatory learning and their disclosure (DBS). When you record that duty, give how many volunteers there are and how many are up to date with each. The last count shows on the duty, and the history shows the trend.

Figures from Leader Compliance. What Leader Compliance syncs is private to each leader, by design. But a leader who syncs it can choose, on its Leaders page, to share three totals with the board: how many volunteers, how many are up to date with the learning everyone needs (Safety, Safeguarding, Data Protection, Creating Inclusion, Who We Are), and how many have a DBS in date. Never a name. They appear on this duty with Use these figures, refresh whenever that leader syncs, and go on the next meeting's agenda. Without them, the board enters the figures itself.
