Recording who's on the board

Add each trustee on The board: their role (Chair, Treasurer, trustee, co-opted, or the Lead Volunteer and Youth Lead, who are trustees because of their role), when they were appointed, when their term ends, and the dates they declared eligibility, did their learning, were inducted and last had an annual review.

They don't need to sign in. If they do, link their login so the weekly email can reach them.

When somebody steps down, record the date rather than deleting them: who was on the board and when is part of the charity's record.
